The Let’s Talk Transition (Education) is the first of a series of sessions explaining each part of the Educational Health Care Plan. This is aimed at parents and carers whose child is currently in Year 10 or above.

-Gatsby Benchmark.

-Personalised Learning College through Adult Learning.

-Procedure around the EHCP and what to expect from your caseworker.

There will also be the opportunity for Q&A and talking about your individual scenarios.
